Julio E. Fernández de Cueto, Ph.D.

Julio is a business performance and strategic human capital development consultant. Since joining WLH in 2004, he has led several WLH projects, including managing expansion for a large animal health company. Julio used performance analytics and metrics to assist the sales organization engage in territory optimization, business planning, and customer analysis.

Human Capital Strategy projects led by Julio included the establishment of a Global Performance Management process, designing selection processes with supporting interview guides, developing 360° feedback processes, analyzing data, producing customized reports, and creating role descriptions and capability models.

He has also designed and conducted diagnostic assessments (interviews and surveys), developed recruiting, selection, and performance measurement tools, performed data analysis and validation studies, engaged in training design and delivery, and performed overall project management for clients including Florida State University, Florida International University, and the City of Miami Department of Employee Relations.

His education includes a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude).
