Lisa is a skilled learning and training designer with more than 30 years of experience in client consulting, learning strategy, and learning architecture. Her experience includes roles as a managing director of learning strategy, senior instructional designer, digital production lead, learning engineer, and learning architect supporting national and global organizations across healthcare, life sciences, and other industries.

She specializes in learning innovation, emerging technologies, implementation toolkits, training platform integration, and personalized learning experiences. Lisa has designed and developed online, virtual, blended, and instructor-led learning programs across a wide range of learning technologies and platforms. As a former graphic designer and technical illustrator, she has also served as a professor of interactive media, instructional design, and technology project management.
