Five Critical Principles to Guide Organizational Change was published in the Fall 2017 edition of OD Practitioner and responds to the question, “Why do so many organizations flounder when there is a wealth of literature, theory, and best practices available on how to plan and execute large-scale change?” The principles outlined align closely with WLH’s customer partnerships on successful large-scale change initiatives.

Our second publication, Change Agility: a Winning Capability at all Levels  highlights the importance of change agility capabilities for leaders at all levels and discusses how the 5C’s of Transition Leadership® helps to prepare leaders to skillfully manage the impact and successfully execute through ongoing change. These two articles are just a small representation of the importance in addressing change at the organizational, team, and individual levels.
