Research indicates that change agility is paramount for longer term success in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous). Agility is more than a buzz word – it is a way of working. Change agility should be addressed on three levels: individual, team and organizational. During the webinar, Wendy focused on addressing change agility at the individual level through three (3) key capabilities: balance, speed, and flexibility.
