Core members of the WLH team have worked together for more than a decade. All team members hold advanced degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Management, and Human Resources Management. All WLH client engagements are staffed by senior project leaders who also serve as the single point of contact throughout the engagement. We strongly believe in project pull-through and never replace senior project leaders with less experienced consultants mid-stream.
