Rich Baron brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and L&D experience having previously held senior level positions in Marketing and Training at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. Rich brings a wealth of experience with leading large-scale change initiatives, building employee and leadership capabilities, and developing account management teams. Stephen Kontra spent 35 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Learning & Development for Pfizer Inc., before joining WLH in 2015. Steve has worked extensively with senior executives and executive leadership teams, bringing broad experience and deep expertise in leadership development, strategy formulation, governance, business acumen, change management, coaching, assessment, performance management, competency development, and other related subject areas.

Lela Tepavac, PhD brings extensive leadership development consulting experience to the WLH team. She is dedicated to helping leaders build innovative organizations with enabling cultures that attract exceptional people and fully leverage their talents and initiatives. She has deep expertise in supporting leaders with their ability to lead growth or turnaround, build effective governance frameworks, and build organizations that enable creativity and innovation. She also developed a methodology to assess the generational gap between incumbent and emerging leaders – data that is critical in leadership succession planning.

He has held Account Management and Leadership positions at a number of pharmaceutical organizations including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.
At Pfizer Matt served as the Vice President of Commercial Model Innovation, where he as his team were responsible for evolving Pfizer’s sales and marketing model to meet the rapidly evolving needs of Health Care Organizations within the United States. Matt led the creation of the Key Account Management group at Pfizer, whose responsibility was to collaborate with Health Systems, Hospitals, and Integrated Delivery Networks to advance the positioning of Pfizer’s products.
Matt has also held several customer facing and leadership positions within the Account Management area, including National Account Director at BMS, VP of Market Access at Pfizer and SVP of Sales and Market Access at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.
Currently Matt is a consultant with the WLH Consulting, specializing in supporting Life Science organizations in the building and development of Account Management strategies and capabilities within their organizations.
